Vanpot Holdings was conceived in the mind of a dreamer with a vision to change the world around him.

Aligned with the unapologetic hunger for excellence of its founder, VANPOT HOLDINGS has developed into a group of companies that lead by example, each known for its industry-leading professionalism and customer-centric service delivery.

VANPOT HOLDINGS started in 2019 as a special purpose vehicle to consolidate the investments and holdings of its shareholder, Richard Potgieter.

VANPOT HOLDINGS is known for its high standards that disrupts a bouquet of well-established industries through service levels that challenge legacy service standards, and through innovative commercial models that challenge the established norm.

RICHARD POTGIETER

Founder and Managing Director of the Vanpot Holdings group.

Richard is a South African-born investor and entrepreneur. Richard’s career path has exposed him to many industries and disciplines. He is not frightened by concepts that are foreign to him, rather he recognises them as learning opportunities.

Louise, an accountant by trade, vigilantly watches over the controls, key ratios and performances of the group to guide her husband, Richard, in the running and expansion of the group.

Johann Grandia

LONG TERM STRATEGY ADVISOR

Outside of Johann's executive capacity, he advises the Board on long-term strategies to safeguard the assets accrued by the group.

Alfred Botha

RISK & SECURITY

Alf is a well experienced security veteran, with international experience and exposure to the multi-faceted security and risk management disciplines. Alf advises the board on macro security and risk related matters through an active oversight of the operations of the group activities.

HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Techa is an extremely accomplished HR operative that keeps the group resourcing on a disciplined course consistent with group strategies and objectives.
